Refund Process
- Processed within 5-7 business days.
- Credited to original payment method.
- Cash bookings refunded via bank transfer.
- Requests via phone or email only.

- Valid ID proof mandatory at pickup.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
Pricing & Payment
- Payment: Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer.
- Night charges (10 PM – 6 AM): Extra 20%.
- Outstation: Min 80km billing + ₹400/day driver allowance.
- Tolls, Parking & State Taxes are extra.
